Orders will be shipped within 1-2 days business days for order processing of purchase. Once order is shipped out, we are no longer responsible to what happens to packages. All orders come with a tracking number and will be emailed once your package has been shipped.
U.S. orders ship with standard shipping rate and international orders have a flat rate fee of $9.99
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Due to the nature of the products we are unable to offer returns or exchanges, all sales are final! Due to the sanitary nature of our product we want to protect our customers and also abide by Covid-19 guidelines.
DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE
If you received a damaged item you have 3 days from the delivery date of your purchase to email us the order number and a photo of the defective or incorrect item to yellowrosecollection@gmail.com and we will be happy to resolve it.
